As a Graduate of the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) Accredited Jewelry Professional (AJP) program and a Certified Diamond Appraiser, Tom has built a reputation for expertise, integrity, and professionalism throughout his career.
Since joining SuperPawn in 2011, Tom has played a key role in the company’s growth and success. His extensive knowledge of diamonds, fine jewelry, luxury goods, and valuation services has helped thousands of customers make informed buying, selling, and lending decisions.
As General Manager, Tom oversees daily operations, staff development, customer relations, and strategic business initiatives. His leadership philosophy focuses on creating exceptional customer experiences while maintaining the highest standards of honesty, trust, and professionalism.

Meet Noah Burke, SUPERPAWN’s newest pawnbroker! Born in Michigan, Noah has traveled extensively throughout the US and abroad.
He graduated from Auburn University in chemical engineering but fell in love with cooking while working to pay for college. This led him to work as a chef on cruise boats down the Mississippi and Hudson Rivers, specializing in New Orleans creole cooking.
Noah enjoys Dungeons & Dragons, Anime, Pokémon, theme parks, and action movies, bringing a fun and vibrant energy to our team.

Since Charlie joined the SUPERPAWN team in March of 2022, he has brought a new level of joy and excitement to our store. His exuberance and playful nature are infectious, making him an instant favorite among our staff and customers alike.
Charlie starts each day with a burst of energy, eager to welcome everyone with his wagging tail and cheerful demeanor. His passion for going on walks is unmatched, and he often takes team members along for a stroll, providing a refreshing break and a moment of connection. What Charlie loves most is a good game of catch. His eyes light up at the sight of a ball, and his agility and speed are truly impressive.
